How fast can I get a server?+
Many of our servers are instant-deploy: pick an in-stock configuration and it provisions automatically, typically online within about 15 minutes. Larger or made-to-order builds are provisioned by our team shortly after your order is placed.
Is bandwidth really unmetered?+
Yes. Every server includes a dedicated, unmetered port — 1G, 10G, 40G, or 100G depending on the plan — with no data caps or overage charges on that port.
What's included with every server?+
Full root/administrator access, out-of-band IPMI with power control, a dedicated IPv4 allocation, unmetered bandwidth, and 24/7 in-house support — with no setup fees. A free /64 IPv6 block is available on request.
Do you offer IPv6?+
Yes — a free /64 IPv6 block is available on request with any server, alongside your dedicated IPv4 allocation.
Is there a contract or setup fee?+
No. Servers bill month-to-month with no long-term contract and no setup fees — scale up, change, or cancel whenever you need.
Where are your servers located?+
We operate across four US datacenter locations — Ogden UT, Los Angeles CA, Dallas TX, and Staten Island NY — with direct routes between every location on a single network (AS53850).
Do I get full root access and can I install my own OS?+
Yes. Every server ships with a clean base OS and full root/administrator access, plus IPMI for custom OS installs, reinstalls, and full power control. It's dedicated, single-tenant hardware — run it however you like.
What hardware do you run?+
Latest-generation AMD Ryzen and EPYC, Intel Xeon, dedicated NVIDIA GPUs, and high-density storage arrays — all single-tenant bare metal, with no virtualization or oversold resources.
What does support look like?+
Real in-house techs — not an outsourced first line — handle support 24/7/365. Open a ticket from the client portal and you're working with the people who run the infrastructure.
Can you build a custom or high-density configuration?+
